I am a special education professional who is passionate about partnering with school district leaders to build staff capacity and streamline limited resources to support students with disabilities. I focus on behavior support, assessments, special education law, applied behavior analysis, and teacher preparation. As a former special education teacher, district-wide BCBA in the nation's third largest district, and current university instructor in special education, I am grounded in the real challenges that districts face as well as the latest evidence-based practices that promise lasting change. I provide a fresh perspective, compassionate partnership, and practical solutions.
