About
Resistance by teachers to behavior consultation is a common challenge for school-based BCBAs. This on-demand 2 Learning CEUs Course introduces school-based BCBAs to Practice-Based Coaching (Snyder et al., 2015), a research-supported coaching model that prioritizes partnership and collaboration to earn trust and buy-in to improve implementation of evidence-based practices in schools. Practice-Based Coaching takes behavior analysts’ consultation skills beyond behavioral skills training to using a structured model for on-going and intentional implementation support. This course is 100 minutes and contains six modules, with videos and quizzes that must be completed in their entirety. After completion of the course, please allow the instructors 7 business days to email your completion certificate.
